International Forum "CASPIAN DIALOGUE, 2015".

On behalf of the Organizing Committee I would like to testify my honor to you and inform that the International Economic Forum "Caspian dialogue 2015".(“СD,2015”) will be hosted in Moscow on April 15 2015 in the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

The International Forum “Caspian Dialogue” has been hosted in Moscow since 2008 (up to 2011 named as Caspian Energy Forum) with the support of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Russian Academy of Sciences.

The purpose of the annual Forum - promoting the consolidation of efforts to expand mutually beneficial cooperation in the Caspian region.

The topics of the discussions of the Forum - current trends in the development of international cooperation in the region (program attached).

Organizing Committee invited the leaders of international organizations, ministries, public and private corporations, academic institutions and non-governmental organizations in Russia and the Caspian region.

Taking into account the increasing importance of intensifying efforts of interested organizations in expanding economic and scientific-technical cooperation, capacity-tiered system of comprehensive monitoring by remote sensing and satellite navigation invite you or your representative to attend and speak at the Forum "Caspian dialogue 2015".
